Vision: Middle income country rich in small, cottage and medium industries

Mission: Under Article 16 of BSCIC Regulation, Industrial Policy and the People's Republic of Bangladesh, giving pre-investment and post-investment advice to small and cottage industry entrepreneurs and infrastructure facilities, financial and marketing development, by building leadership as a facilitative organization.
